I don't know if it qualifies as a gadget but what I couldn't live without is Mozilla Firefox. I have mine customized with all sorts of add ons and Greasemonkey scripts that I can't live with out. Customized iGoogle is great, I have a bunch of tabs set up with all my usual haunts fed into them.
I'd have to say my cell phone and my laptop. I also use Firefox and love it (although I don't have as many add-ons as Janette).

I love my cordless power drill. I use it daily here at the farm. It's very strong, and it came with two batteries so one is always charged!
